Case Study: Nathanial came to therapy as he was overcome with worry. He was feeling very stressed at work, but realised that his main problem stemmed from a difficult relationship he had with his mother. There were several painful memories he had emerged of late where he was feeling very emotional. We worked on his past traumas as a child using EMDR, where he felt much better and was able to move on. He liked to listen to podcasts and find them useful to better understand his problems and felt more confident to deal with his issues. (The details have been changed for confidentiality reasons.)
